Of course, this is what many people have suspected for a long time, and nothing is proven yet .. but cool to hear about the new data.

The idea that many spiritual traditions hold, that the conscious universe is present within each unit being, has long been compared to that of a hologram where each part reflects the whole. Cool stuff.

cloeetallix:

href="http://news.discovery.com/earth/climate-change-copenhagen.html">CLIMATE CHANGING FASTER THAN EXPECTED:
This report comes right after hackers supposedly cracked a few scientists’ emails to “reveal” conspiratorial fudging of data. I think there are probably some scientists who skew their data as a precaution against those who would “misunderstand” the real data, but I don’t think they represent the scientific community at large, and I think that it is absurd to deny Global Warming entirely. If the data somehow turns out to show that the Earth is cooling, then I would believe it, but Global Warming or no, it is still our responsibility to clean up our own toxic mess on this planet. Pretending there are no consequences to pollution is just childish.

Sun, 29 Nov 2009 17:27:00
